Basically, a shoe is divided into two parts: 1) Upper and 2) Outsole.

Upper: This is the part of the shoe that covers the top of the foot. The upper consists of six common parts:

01. Vamp
02. Quarter
03. Counter
04. Eyelet
05. Tongue
06. Collar
To enhance customer comfort, additional materials are added to the upper parts, such as lining, foam, and CFC.

Outsole: This is the bottom part of the shoe that makes contact with the ground. Some common parts of the outsole include the insole, midsole, heel, and sock etc.
